CHALLENGE

For this branding project, I led the branding initiative for an upcoming condo in Toronto. Using cues from the heart of the city, I designed the brand's identity and developed the creative direction, ensuring a consistent and engaging visual experience across all marketing materials such as the marketing brochure, magazine ad, and orchestrated the experience of the sales center to immerse potential buyers into the brand's narrative.

RESULTS

The result was a compelling and unified brand presence that resonated with the target audience and supported the sales strategy. This comprehensive approach contributed to the property's remarkable success, achieving full occupancy within just 6 months of its launch.
